Payment and Refund

This policy governs payment, automatic renewal, trial period and refund terms for AWW (AI Web Wizard), provided by Vast Flow LLP, Kazakhstan.
1 Payment methods
AWW accepts the following payment methods in Kazakhstan and abroad:
- Bank cards — Visa, MasterCard, Mir. Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway with 3D Secure support. Card details are not stored on AWW servers.
- Kaspi Pay — transfer via the Kaspi.kz app. The payment is credited instantly after confirmation in the app.
- Kaspi QR — payment by QR code through the Kaspi.kz mobile app.
- Bank transfer — for corporate clients and the Business plan. An invoice is issued in tenge (KZT) with the company's details.
All payments are processed in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT). When paying by card issued outside Kazakhstan, the final amount in your card currency is determined by the issuing bank's exchange rate on the transaction date.
To subscribe you must create an account and attach a payment method. AWW does not store full card details — they are transmitted directly to the payment provider.
2 Plans
AWW offers a subscription model with monthly and annual billing. Available plans and current prices are published on the pricing page.
Subscription types:
- Starter — for beginning sellers with a basic toolset. Suitable for 1 store and up to 500 active SKUs.
- Pro — extended access with the full set of AI tools, including the Repricer, analytics and WhatsApp AI-Sender. Supports up to 3 stores and unlimited SKUs.
- Business — for large sellers and agencies. Personal manager, priority support, unlimited stores and custom integrations.
Automatic renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. The amount is charged to the attached payment method on the renewal date. If the charge fails, AWW will attempt up to 3 retry attempts within 5 business days, after which access to paid features will be suspended.
A notification about the upcoming charge is sent to your email 7 days before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date in your account.
3 Trial period
AWW provides new users with a free trial period to explore the platform. Trial terms:
- The trial duration is indicated on the registration page and is typically 7 days.
- No funds are charged during the trial. Card attachment may be required for verification — this is a technical authorization without actual charge.
- The trial is provided once per account and cannot be transferred to another user.
- At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically switches to the selected paid plan unless you cancel it before the trial ends.
- AWW reserves the right to change the duration and terms of the trial for new registrations.
We will send a reminder to your email 3 days before the trial ends with information about the upcoming switch to a paid plan and the amount of the first charge.
4 Refund procedure
AWW strives to provide the highest service quality. If the platform does not meet your expectations, we will consider your refund request.
Refund conditions within 7 days:
- You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the first subscription payment if the service did not suit you and you did not use it actively (fewer than 10 AI operations were performed).
- Refunds are approved after review by our team. Review time — up to 5 business days.
- Funds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Pro-rata refund:
- For annual subscriptions, a partial refund for unused full months is possible when cancelling after the 7-day window. For example, if you paid for a year and cancelled after 3 months, we will refund the amount for the remaining 9 months minus the monthly rate cost for the time actually used.
- For monthly subscriptions, partial refunds for unused days are not provided. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- The subscription was actively used (more than 10 AI operations during the billing period).
- More than 7 days have passed since the monthly subscription payment.
- The account was blocked due to violation of the User Agreement.
- The request is a repeat — refunds are provided once.
To request a refund, write to support@vastflow.kz with the subject "Refund request" and include the account email, payment date and reason for the request.
5 Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your AWW subscription at any time without penalties or hidden conditions.
How to cancel:
- Log in to your AWW account.
- Go to "Settings" → "Subscription".
- Click "Cancel subscription" and confirm the action.
After cancellation:
- No additional charges will be made — the next renewal will not occur.
- Access to paid features remains until the end of the current paid period.
- After the paid period ends, the account automatically switches to a free plan with limited functionality. Your data and settings are retained for 90 days after the subscription ends.
- After 90 days, inactive data may be deleted in accordance with the data retention policy.
If you cannot cancel the subscription yourself, contact support: support@vastflow.kz.
6 Changing your plan
You can change your plan at any time in your account under "Settings" → "Subscription".
Upgrade to a higher plan:
- The new plan is activated immediately after confirmation.
- The price difference is calculated pro-rata for the remaining days of the current period and charged at the moment of the change.
- The next renewal date remains the same.
Downgrade to a lower plan:
- Downgrades take effect from the next billing period. Until then you continue using the current plan.
- The price difference is not refunded for the current period.
- If the new plan has limits that exceed your current settings (e.g., number of stores), the system will notify you to adjust your data before the change.
Switching between monthly and annual billing:
- Switching from monthly to annual billing is available at any time. Remaining days of the current month are credited pro-rata.
- Switching from annual to monthly billing is possible at the end of the current annual period.
7 Disputes
If you have disagreements related to payment or service quality, we strongly recommend contacting us directly — most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days.
Dispute resolution procedure:
- Contact support. Write to support@vastflow.kz with a detailed description of the issue. Include the account email, transaction date and amount, and the nature of the complaint.
- Case review. We will review your request within 5 business days and propose a solution: refund, account credit or another resolution method.
- Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the support decision, you may contact company management by sending a letter to the same address with the note "Escalation".
Chargeback (bank-initiated refund): we ask that you contact our team before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension. If your bank initiates a chargeback at your request, we will provide the bank with all necessary documentation in accordance with payment system rules.
AWW reserves the right to change the terms of this policy by publishing an updated version on the site. Material changes will be communicated to users by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
