User Agreement

01 General Provisions

AWW (AI Web Wizard) is an automated SaaS platform developed and operated by Vast Flow LLP (hereinafter — the "Operator"), designed to automate sellers' trading operations on the Kaspi.kz marketplace. The platform provides tools for automatic price management (repricing), sending messages via WhatsApp, sales analytics and other features aimed at increasing sellers' revenue.

This Agreement is concluded between the Operator and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — "User") that has created an account on the platform or otherwise gained access to its features. The Agreement comes into force at the moment of registration or first use of the platform.

The Operator may unilaterally amend this Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is always available at aww.kz/terms/. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Definitions

The following terms are used in this Agreement:

• Platform — the AWW (AI Web Wizard) software suite available at aww.kz, including the web application, API, mobile version and all associated services.
• User — an individual or legal entity registered on the Platform and having accepted the terms of this Agreement.
• Account — a User's personal account created during registration, containing their data and providing access to Platform features.
• Subscription — paid access to extended Platform features, purchased for a selected period (month, quarter, year).
• Plan — the set of features and limits available to a User under the selected Subscription.
• Content — any data, text, images, settings and other materials uploaded or created by the User when using the Platform.
• API integration — connecting the Platform to third-party services (Kaspi.kz, WhatsApp, etc.) via software interfaces.
• Repricer — a Platform module that automatically adjusts the User's product prices according to configured rules and market conditions.
• Operator — Vast Flow LLP, the owner and operator of the Platform.

03 Registration and Account

3.1. Registration requirements

To create an account, the User must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. Legal entities register an account through an authorized representative. Registration on the Platform is possible using a valid email address or via authentication through supported third-party services.

3.2. Accuracy of information

The User agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information during registration and to update it promptly. The Operator is not responsible for consequences arising from the User providing incorrect or outdated information.

3.3. Account security

The User is fully responsible for safeguarding their account credentials — login, password and access tokens. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, the User must immediately notify the Operator at support@vastflow.kz.

3.4. Single account

Each seller is allowed to register one account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan restrictions or to obtain repeated trial periods violates the Agreement and may result in blocking all related accounts.

3.5. Account suspension and deletion

The Operator may suspend or delete a User's account without prior notice in case of violation of this Agreement, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or if fraudulent activity is detected.

04 Terms of Use

4.1. Permitted use

The Platform is intended solely for lawful business activities related to trading on Kaspi.kz. The User may use all features included in their plan to manage their own stores and products.

4.2. Prohibited actions

The User must not:

• Use the Platform to manipulate prices to the detriment of other sellers or consumers in violation of antitrust laws.
• Perform reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly or other attempts to inspect the Platform's source code.
• Transfer account access to third parties for payment or free of charge.
• Use automated scripts, bots or other tools to simulate user actions to bypass established limits.
• Upload viruses, malware or any destructive code to the Platform.
• Collect personal data of other users without their explicit consent.
• Use API integrations in ways that violate third-party service agreements (Kaspi.kz, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Resell, sublicense or otherwise commercially distribute access to the Platform without the Operator's written consent.

4.3. Responsibility for content

The User is fully responsible for all content uploaded and created on the Platform, including product descriptions, Repricer settings and messaging templates. The Operator does not control user content and is not responsible for its legality or accuracy.

05 Subscription and Payment

5.1. Plans

The Platform offers several plans with different sets of features and limits. Current terms and prices are listed on the pricing page. The Operator may change prices and plan composition with at least 14 calendar days' notice to Users.

5.2. Free trial

New Users may be offered a free trial period. The duration, terms and available features of the trial are determined by the Operator and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Each seller is entitled to one trial period.

5.3. Payment and billing

Subscription payment is made in advance for the selected period. The User agrees to automatic renewal of the Subscription at the end of the paid period. Billing is charged to the linked payment method on the day the current period ends. Supported payment methods are listed on the subscription checkout page.

5.4. Refunds

Refund terms are governed by a separate document — the Payment and Refund Policy. Generally, unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Operator does not refund for partially used Subscription periods.

5.5. Overdue payments

If billing fails, the Operator will attempt to retry charging for several days. If payment is not received, access to paid features will be restricted until the debt is resolved. Account data is retained for 30 days after access is blocked.

5.6. Taxes

All listed prices include VAT in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The User is solely responsible for paying taxes and fees related to their business activities.

06 Intellectual Property

6.1. Operator's rights

The AWW Platform, its source code, algorithms, design, trademarks, logos, trade name and all content created by the Operator are intellectual property of Vast Flow LLP and are protected by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international agreements. All rights reserved.

6.2. User license

The Operator grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely for purposes set out in this Agreement and within the scope of the purchased plan. The license terminates upon termination of the Agreement or deletion of the account.

6.3. Rights to user content

The User retains all rights to the content they upload to the Platform. By providing content, the User grants the Operator a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of providing services under this Agreement, including storing, processing and displaying the content.

6.4. Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas or feedback on improving the Platform submitted by the User may be used by the Operator without obligation to the User, including without payment of compensation.

07 Limitation of Liability

7.1. Platform "as is"

The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, achievement of specific commercial results, or meeting the User's expectations. The Operator does not guarantee any specific increase in sales or profit as a result of using the Platform.

7.2. Technical outages

The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability but is not liable for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, failures of third-party services (Kaspi.kz, payment systems, WhatsApp), actions of third parties or force majeure events.

7.3. Maximum liability

In cases where the Operator's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the Operator's aggregate liability to the User for any losses is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Subscription during the three months preceding the dispute.

7.4. Third-party actions

The Operator is not responsible for changes in policies and APIs of Kaspi.kz or other third-party services that may limit Platform functionality. In such cases, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to adapt the Platform but does not guarantee timelines for full functionality restoration.

08 Privacy

Collection, storage, processing and use of Users' personal data are governed by a separate document — the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, the User also accepts the terms of the Privacy Policy.

The Operator undertakes not to disclose Users' personal data to third parties without the User's consent, except as required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or as necessary to provide services (for example, transferring data to payment systems when processing transactions).

Commercial information that the User provides to the Operator in connection with Platform use (sales data, prices, stock levels) is used solely to provide services and is not disclosed to competitors or third parties for commercial purposes.

09 Changes to Terms

The Operator may unilaterally modify, supplement or cancel the terms of this Agreement. The Operator will notify by email provided at registration and/or via a notice in the Platform interface of any material changes affecting the User's rights and obligations.

Notification is sent at least 14 calendar days before changes take effect. If the User does not agree with the changes, they may terminate the Agreement by notifying the Operator at support@vastflow.kz before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Minor changes (typo corrections, clarifications that do not affect the substance of terms) may be made without prior notice with an update date recorded at the top of the document.

10 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Civil Code of the RK, the Law of the RK "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of the RK "On Electronic Commerce" and other applicable legal acts.

All disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached within 30 calendar days from the date a claim is submitted, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the procedural legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A pre-trial claim is sent in writing to the email address support@vastflow.kz with the subject line "Claim". A response to the claim will be provided within 10 business days of receipt.
